Manchester (hybrid)
£65k - £75k (DOE) + usual benefits + flexible working
A well established firm has an Associate Director role -
Responsibilities:
- Hands on property management of both small - large assets (offices, industrial and retail)
- Experienced in Landlord & Tenant legislation & negotiation
- Exemplary rent collection service
- ESG focused and driven to reducing carbon emissions
- Best in class service charge management (in conjunction with accounting team)
- Focused on Health and Safety
- Enthusiastic about participating in business development
Skills and Experience:
- RICS qualified (desirable)
- Experience in managing multi-let assets
- Has attention to detail
- Well organised and a diligent individual
- Good knowledge / experience in property management software & Microsoft Office programs
- Track record in managing people
