Salary / package:
£50,000 - £60,000 pa (depending on experience), plus commission based bonus (and other benefits). If the candidate can bring work/client opportunities with them, there is an alternative package available.

The firm is a boutique real estate services company that specialises in advising office occupiers in London and the South East.
They provide a broad corporate occupier service, focusing on conventional leasehold offices and flexible (serviced & managed) offices. The clients comprise of start-up’s, high growth organisations and established companies of all sizes. The firm provides a traditional ‘client first’ service. They receive repeat business by providing detailed advice, always doing the right thing for their clients and exceeding expectations.
Role:
This role is to advise clients of all sizes with office relocations, lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures, primarily for leasehold offices, across Central London and the South East. Some of the key responsibilities will include: -
- Ingratiating with the Central London office market by attending property launches and networking events
- Working with the business development team to generate new business opportunities
- Pitching for new business through video call / face to face meetings
- Advising clients throughout all stages of the office relocation / lease renewal / rent review / lease restructure process
- Carrying out property searches and reporting results to the client
- Conducting negotiations on behalf of the client
- Liaising with solicitors and other client sub-consultants
The successful candidate will become involved in business development from the outset and will be encouraged to immerse themselves with the London office market, attend building launches and build relationships with other agents. The intention will be for the candidate to take on their own clients as soon as possible with the view to establishing long standing relationships that promote repeat business.
Candidate profile:
- 1 or 2 years post MRICS qualification
- Essential to have experience negotiating commercial rent reviews and 1954 Act renewals
- Essential to have experience running projects and advising clients independently
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to work both within a team and autonomously
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills and ability to work within deadlines
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Holds a Driving Licence
