The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and commercially astute Professional Services Surveyor to join our dynamic team based in Buckinghamshire. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is confident managing their own workload and delivering high-quality advice across a varied professional services portfolio.
The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of lease renewal and rent review instructions and general professional advice, acting for both landlords and tenants, and will play an active role in client relationship management and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of lease renewals acting on behalf of both landlords and tenants
- Conducting and negotiating rent reviews across a range of commercial property types with a geographical focus of the Home Counties
- Providing clear, well-reasoned professional advice to clients
- Preparing reports, submissions, and negotiations with a strong commercial focus
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing positively to a collaborative and fast-paced office environment
- Working collaboratively with the Agency and Management departments
The Candidate:
- MRICS qualified
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional services surveying
- Proven experience in lease renewals and rent reviews
- A proactive self-starter with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team
- Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills
- Holds a driving licence
